As Marketing Manager for a property management company, I developed and implemented comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital initiatives. My role encompassed graphic and web design, coupled with copywriting and content creation to enhance brand messaging. I supervised the revamp of the website via external agency and guarantee the efficient redesign according to our values and standards.
The brand of BeGuest was successful leverage with a timeless identity and top level graphic design that suits the values and mission of BeGuest.
I also optimized SEO, conducting regular analyses and generating improvement reports.
I showcased properties through professional photography and photo-editing, upgrading content across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
My social media management included crafting monthly plans, running dynamic campaigns, managing ads, and producing performance reports.

I also created and delivered commercial presentations to clients, effectively communicating the company’s value proposition.

This multifaceted role allowed me to leverage my diverse skills in marketing, design, and communication within the property management sector.

My main tasks as Marketing Manager was to obtain an efficient business profit through organic search and direct bookings in order to reduce third parties fees either for our professional clients as for ourselves. I proudly achieved our goals and put BeGuest at its next level as a concise brand.
